Davis is a delightful 12 year old boy from our hometown of Holly Springs, NC. Davis was born with several conditions that severely limit his ability to be mobile and communicate.
Davis needed a new I Pad complete with specialized software to allow him to communicate with the world. Meg’s Smile Foundation provided this and also souvenirs for his favorite baseball team – the New York Yankees. Davis has also developed a new interest – running races with his friends at Ainsley’s Angels.
This organization pushes those that want to experience running however, cannot do it on their own because of their lack of mobility. Davis is so happy when he is out running, so much so that he would like his own “running chair.” Meg’s Smile Foundation was more than happy to make a significant contribution for Davis’s new chair!
