Casen is an eighteen-year-old young man from right her in Holly Springs! In high school, Casen was a runner when suddenly, he was diagnosed B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We are happy to report that after his three and a half years of intense treatment, Casen “rang the bell” in May of 2021 ending his chemo treatments. While his active treatment has stopped, he will continue to go to the Cancer Center at UNC monthly.

Casen is now attending UNC-Chapel Hill pursuing an Environmental Health Science degree. He wanted a new Apple MacBook to help with his studies and we were so happy to oblige!

During Casen’s battle, he, his family and friends supported Meg’s Smile Foundation in honor of his fight – thank you! We are so happy that Casen can pursue his dream at UNC-Chapel Hill. Thank you for supporting our kids at Meg’s Smile Foundation!
